CodonAlign 2.0

The program CodonAlign creates DNA sequence alignments based on existing Protein sequence alignments. The program was written by Barry G Hall, author of 'Phylogenetic Trees Made Easy'. You can download the program from the CodonAlign2 home page. To run the program from this web site, submit a protein alignment in Phylip format, and a corresponding set of DNA sequences in fasta format. Choose the output format. The original CodonAlign2 code has been modified to include Fasta format as output. Note that uploaded files must be 'text' files, not Word Documents! NB. Sequence names and the order of the sequences must be the same in both files.
