LIFE SCIENCE UNITS available by EXTENSION (STAND ALONE or NOT FOR DEGREE)

The following units are 25 credit point units available to students who are looking for background units in Human Biology, Microbiology,
Chemistry, Biochemistry and Laboratory Science. These units could be helpful for students studying for graduate entry into Health Sciences
courses such as medicine, occupational therapy, speech pathology and physiotherapy. They are equivalent to 25% of a full time one
semester study load.

Enrolling in a unit by extension does NOT give a place in a degree program but may help in an application for such a degree place.

Credits MAY be given for units in the Life Sciences Degree at Curtin, if students were successful in applying for a place in this course.
Semester 1, 2007 commences on 26 February. The deadline for enrolments is 2nd March, 2007.
