Maclab Bookings

Bookings are now only for 308.104 and are only for the teaching periods.

The 44 iMac computers in 308.104 are available for bookings normally between the times of 09.00 and 18.00 Monday to Friday. PLEASE NOTE: Booked access to either computer labs outside of core hours (9.00am to 6.00pm Monday to Friday) is available but will require the Lecturer / Tutor / Supervisor to have swipe card priviledges or arrange access by Helen Tonkin or Randy Strack on 7818 to have the Lab opened for them.

Staff should check the tables for potential clashes at the times required before e-mailing bookings to Randy Strack. Use the tables as a guide to what info is required. If bookings appear not to be up to date try reloading the page before contacting anyone.

Please e-mail Paul Sparrow with software requirements. He requires at least one weeks notice if software needs to be installed. Do NOT assume that software that was installed last semester is still installed.
