Club
White Coats Club is a social club run by the students of The School of Biomedical
Science, but everyone is welcome to join.
What are the advantages of being a member?
- cheaper tickets to the events organised by the WCC
- meet other students who are/have gone through what you are going through

OBJECTIVES
The vision and mission will be achieved by building
our activities on these principal objectives:
- Enhance the communication and social skills of our research
students
- Provide research students access to a rich and useful knowledge
base developed by our members
- Build a culture of enthusiasm for science and a willingness
to collaborate
- Engender confidence in research students Provide research students with important networking, research
and personal development opportunities
- Facilitate the dissemination of our members’ research findings
and knowledge
- Engender scientific integrity and ethics amongst research
students
- Enhance the profile of our research students, WABRI and the
university

Alumni
Biomedical
Science Alumni Chapter The Biomedical Science Alumni Chapter is
one of the most active alumni groups. Regular functions have centred
around a number of numerous themes, including deca reunions, wine
and cheese nights, lab opening ceremonies and other functions,
with excellent attendance levels from a range of year groups.
