The tutorial exercises have been designed for use with Rasmol, a molecular visualisation program developed by Roger Sayle. Versions are available for a number of platforms including Unix, PC Windows, and Macintosh. If you don't have a copy of Rasmol on your machine, you need to download the program and configure your web browser to recognise Rasmol as a helper application.

For more information about Rasmol and for links to other Rasmol resources, have a look at the Rasmol Home Page set up by Erik Martz at the University of Massachusetts.
