PDB FILES

This is our local PDB file index. Select the appropriate filename to view the molecule using RasMol (or another molecular viewer). You may need to configure your browser to recognize RasMol as a helper application. For help using RasMol, refer to the online RasMol Manual.

For some of the molecules, sample scripts are available. If your web browser is configured to automatically run Rasmol script files, click on the filenames with the '.spt' extension after loading the corresponding molecule. Note that these scripts assume that you have the appropriate molecule loaded into the Rasmol window. Also, the scripts are available as text files ('.html') which you can save and try with the molecules indicated (save them in the directory with the RasMol application, then use the script command, ie. 'script filename', to run them when viewing the molecule.
Remember to close the current molecule in the RasMol window (or use the zap command) before selecting another one. :-)
